Title:Infant breastfeeding and the risk of childhood lymphoma and leukaemia

Abstract:A slight reduction in the risk of lymphoma was observed amongst children who were breastfed, (relative risk 0.69). The reduction was somewhat greater for children breastfed longer than six months. Protection pertained primarily to Hodgkin's Disease and to cases diagnosed before the age of six years.
